Ruohan Wang

Ruohan Wang is a Chinese-born artist and designer, schooled in both China and Germany, and based in Berlin. Her work transcends cultural boundaries, blending human movement, visual language, and a surreal inner world into a vibrant and distinctive artistic voice. Her multidisciplinary practice explores themes of human simplicity, commonality and coexistence across painting, illustration, and fashion design.

Recognized as one of the world’s leading artist-designers of the younger generation, Wang became a member of the prestigious Alliance Graphique Internationale (AGI) in 2022. Her practices exemplifies the power of contemporary art and design to transcend boundaries.
